For US Shipping: Please allow us up to 1-7 business days to process your order and 2-7 days for shipping depending on your location.
For Canada Shipping: Please allow us up to 1-7 days to process your order and at least 11-20 days for shipping.
We are not responsible for invalid information entered so, please make sure you re-read all information that you enter & submit. If you realize that you entered incorrect information, please contact us immediately via email.
Refund/Retrun Policy
There are no refunds or exchanges everything is final sale. If a mistake is made with your order, please contact us and provide us with proof of our mistake.

Lost Package & Wrong Address Policy
After a package leaves Very Rare Aura, we are no longer responsible for it! If your package gets lost in the USPS system, stolen or damaged, please contact us or your nearest post office. Your package comes with $100 worth of insurance which means you can file a claim!
If your package was returned due to a wrong address, you will be contacted & you will have to pay a re-ship fee!
